[Ziva has decided that the trip from New Bark to Goldenrod is too far for Hiccup, both in this weather--even if he said he'd be alright--and too far to make an excitable dragon-boy wait. Mostly the latter. None of the fliers on her team--though large enough to carry someone--know Fly, and she doesn't have the badge to use it.
